• ‘B’ Credits: These applicants have moderate liquidity, positive shareholders’ equity and a manageable level of debt.
• ‘C’ Credits: Applicants are on an improving trend. Liquidity may be strained; the equity base has eroded, and leverage is moderate to high.
• ‘D’ Credits: Applicant’s company losses are continuing, working capital is negative and equity is a deficit.
